Meet Olga, a talented PMU (Permanent Makeup) artist with over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry. Based in Cyprus, Olga specializes in enhancing the unique beauty of each individual. She came to us with a clear mission: to launch her Level 1.0 Basic Course both online and offline, with new groups starting every three months.


Our Strategy:


1️⃣ Rebranding & Content Strategy:

First, we rebranded Olga’s Instagram account, built a Taplink website, and crafted a content strategy that included engaging Instagram Stories—something Olga wasn’t initially comfortable with but quickly embraced.

2️⃣ Addressing the Multilingual Audience:
Olga’s followers are a diverse mix of English, Greek, Russian, and Arabic speakers. Initially, we tried to target just one language, but feedback showed that her audience felt disconnected when content wasn’t in their language. Automatic translations weren’t an option either, as they felt impersonal and ineffective.

3️⃣ Bilingual Content Approach:
After analyzing her audience, we decided to split the content 50/50 between English and Russian. This ensured that all followers felt included and could participate in the course regardless of their language preference.
Results:
Olga has now trained students globally, offering both beginner-level courses and advanced workshops for experienced PMU professionals.

After testing various strategies, we refined our approach to focus exclusively on English-language content, which helped streamline the process. We combined Instagram, Facebook, and the power of word-of-mouth, which proved especially effective in Cyprus. Over several months, we successfully launched Olga’s courses and workshops multiple times, each with great success.

One of the most rewarding results was Olga’s ability to attract more organic clients in Cyprus, as well as the growing effectiveness of Instagram Reels in her content strategy.
